We are hiring for a Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team working with VVIP client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications:
- Must be residing in the United Arab Emirates
- Preferably Male candidates
- Non-Arabic speaker
- Must have at least 5-year relevant working experience in the UAE as a Supervisor or Duty Manager for Housekeeping/F&B/Front Office
Job Responsibilities:
A Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the villa and ensuring that guests receive the ultimate luxury experience. The individual must possess an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and must be able to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. They should have excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
The role includes:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the villa and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service.
- Managing and training staff, including front-desk staff, housekeeping staff, and maintenance staff.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guests’ satisfaction.
- Conducting regular inspections of the villa to ensure that it is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen, to ensure that all guest requests are met.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies, such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products, and placing orders as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and making sure that all staff are aware of emergency procedures.
- Preparing reports for senior management and providing regular updates on the villa’s performance and guest feedback.
Overall, a Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager must be an extremely detail-oriented and guest-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service.
