We are hiring for a Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team working with VVIP client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications:

  • Must be residing in the United Arab Emirates
  • Preferably Male candidates
  • Non-Arabic speaker
  • Must have at least 5-year relevant working experience in the UAE as a Supervisor or Duty Manager for Housekeeping/F&B/Front Office

Job Responsibilities:

A Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the villa and ensuring that guests receive the ultimate luxury experience. The individual must possess an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and must be able to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. They should have excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

The role includes:

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the villa and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service.
  2. Managing and training staff, including front-desk staff, housekeeping staff, and maintenance staff.
  3. Handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guests’ satisfaction.
  4. Conducting regular inspections of the villa to ensure that it is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep.
  5. Coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen, to ensure that all guest requests are met.
  6. Maintaining inventory of supplies, such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products, and placing orders as needed.
  7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and making sure that all staff are aware of emergency procedures.
  8. Preparing reports for senior management and providing regular updates on the villa’s performance and guest feedback.

Overall, a Villa Supervisor/Duty Manager must be an extremely detail-oriented and guest-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service.
